Aspiration
The aspirations for the Total Place work are to:
- Enhance the approach to partnership working and collaboration across the City Region.
- Work with partners (including service users) to identify key enablers of service transformation and improvement.
- Identify and facilitate the implementation of initiatives that deliver more effective services to our communities.
- Identify efficiency savings.
- Understand how to deliver better services at lower cost to the target group

- Local count of all public sector resources and of resources in the 0-5 age group
- Beginning to map spending
- Engaging with LSP’s, regional and national partners
