Enhance the approach to partnership working and collaboration across the City Region.
Work with partners (including service users) to identify key enablers of service transformation and improvement.
Identify and facilitate the implementation of initiatives that deliver more effective services to our communities.
Identify efficiency savings.
Understand how to deliver better services at lower cost to the target group
