Niran Mothada

Niran has 30 years of central government and local government experience, most recently as an Executive Director at the Greater London Authority. Niran’s expertise spans strategy, policy, operations, resilience, programme delivery, and leading large-scale change and transformation. Her leadership interests are focused on leading and coaching highly engaged, high-performing teams, fostering productive workplaces and diverse cultures to accelerate delivery and solve complex issues.

Niran is passionate about supporting organisations transform and develop. With her knowledge of working within the civil service and working  with the civil service in local government, Niran is keen to provide her knowledge of navigating government systems, governance and processes.
