Liz Goold

Liz  brings over 30 years experience  of working with local government, the NHS and Third Sector/international development organisations- as an Organisation Development practitioner, systems leadership developer, action learning facilitator and leadership team coach.  She combines her systemic understanding with   her strong inquiry, relational, and facilitation skills to help create the conditions and humanising spaces for different kinds  of conversation, in support of  positive change in the lives of communities and citizens. More recently, she has become increasingly engaged in the facilitation of citizens’ assemblies, particularly in relation to the climate emergency and shaping a post-Covid world.
