In this new National Leadership Development and Improvement framework Systems leadership is identified in the framework as a key capability and skill, and there are a range of actions identified to support the development of systems leadership capability and capacity across the country.  

This joint offer from Health Education England, the NHS Leadership Academy, NHS Improvement, the Leadership Centre and other organisations is to provide a range of integrated systems leadership support offers for individuals, teams (including Boards) and organisations.
