LEARN WITH US
We have a wealth of experience delivering cutting edge projects and programmes. The way we work often feels different to those experiencing it for the first time, but we know it is effective, having been developed over 20 years working with people in their place. One way of working with us is to join a programme to learn alongside others outside of your system, or with others from your organisation or community.
Our programmes are co-designed with participants and combine a variety of approaches including coaching, psychometrics, small and large scale workshops, simulations, and challenge groups. We work with individuals, teams, organisations and whole systems to provide a wide range of support, from top team development through to systems leadership and political leadership support.
Open Programmes
Future Vision
In 2012, the Leadership Centre launched its flagship programme, Future Vision. The overarching aim of Future Vision is to help senior leaders address the leadership challenges they are facing, helping to inspire and create a better future for citizens by enabling systems change through leadership development.
Delivered in collaboration by the Leadership Centre and the Birmingham Leadership Institute. This highly acclaimed programme offers a unique experience for senior leaders who recognise that what they already know and how they already lead is not sufficient to meet the nature of the challenges they are facing. Middle Leaders Programme
This middle leadership programme supports leaders from different sectors or authorising environments to develop and hone their leadership skills by building empathy and understanding with those who they need to work with to succeed. The programme is for anyone operating at Head of Service or Assistant Director Level (or equivalent) with a passion for leadership and a can-do attitude towards exploring new ways of leading.
The cohort stays together for a period of roughly six months and is encouraged to stay in touch as they continue in their leadership roles and beyond. Learn more.
