We have a wealth of experience delivering cutting edge projects and programmes. The way we work often feels different to those experiencing it for the first time, but we know it is effective, having been developed over 20 years working with people in their place. One way of working with us is to join a programme to learn alongside others outside of your system, or with others from your organisation or community.
Our programmes are co-designed with participants and combine a variety of approaches including coaching, psychometrics, small and large scale workshops, simulations, and challenge groups. We work with individuals, teams, organisations and whole systems to provide a wide range of support, from top team development through to systems leadership and political leadership support.

Leading the Impossible
Leading the Impossible is designed to help you step into brave, authentic leadership that goes beyond a standard competencies. To enable you to inspire and empower others through your leadership to seize opportunities to shift stuck systems and to lead wise, radical change. This is a programme that will encourage you to step outside your comfort zone and to take action not just learn the theory. We will be working with innovative practices from the fields of system change, design thinking, collective imagination, intrapreneurship along with hearing ‘in confidence’ from senior leaders already working in new ways.
Leadership Under Pressure
Our approach to leading under pressure is designed specifically for teams grappling with the sustained financial and organisational pressures of local government today. By combining leadership theory, practical tools and years of sector-specific expertise, we help leaders navigate immediate challenges while building confidence for long-term transformation. With our innovative approach, we empower leadership groups—both members and officers—to address real-world complexities effectively. Through a participatory co-design process, we’ll support you to create actionable strategies to lead well through challenging times.
