Power maps are about understanding where the power is and using it to get
what we want. It is a tool of persuasion. There are three main factors to consider:
– How important a person’s influence is.
– How much they can influence others.
– Who they can influence.
Drawing the map
– Everyone is represented a circle. The bigger their circle the bigger their
influence.
– Connect them to those who they have influence over. The thicker the line
the stronger their influence.
