At the Leadership Centre, our commitment to providing exceptional leadership support across services to the public remains at the heart of everything we do. Since 2013, countless leaders have benefitted from Future Vision, our flagship developmental leadership programme which, over this time, has undergone constant evolution to meet the ever-changing needs of those we serve.
In the latest phase, we have been privileged to partner with the Birmingham Leadership Institute, led by Professor Christopher Pietroni, whose expertise has been instrumental in ensuring Future Vision continues to be the respected programme it is today. The Centre and Christopher have also collaborated with Kathryn Perera and Axelle Bagot and their collective involvement in the Future Vision faculty has built on the earlier foundational contributions of Karen Ellis, David Bolger, Joe Simpson, Matt Gott and Judith Ward (with Judith still leading our coaching today).
In the spirit of constant enquiry and the desire to offer the most relevant and impactful learning for our participants, the Centre is introducing a pause. Consequently, this series of Future Vision will conclude next Spring (2025) and the Leadership Centre will use the time to reflect further on the learning from the last decade or more and, as importantly, look to the future to ensure that a new offer builds on those aspects of the past that will persist, whilst also addressing the changing context and dynamics that leadership is and will be operating in. So we are excited to be bringing, in due course, a new offer that addresses the complexities of modern leadership, ensuring it remains impactful and relevant for leaders across public service.
