My Story

Rachel supports the Leadership Centre with all of its communications activity through her company, Spellbound Communications.

Rachel is an award-winning communications specialist who has acted in an advisory capacity to the highest levels of government in the UK, British and NATO military command in Afghanistan, Kazakhstan and Germany and extensively within British policing and the wider public and voluntary sectors. She has spent the last two decades working to improve communications structures and practice in a wide variety of organisations, both in the UK and internationally. These range from multi-national corporations in Australia to small community initiatives in Ireland – with many in between, both in terms of scale and geography. She has coached and trained leaders across five continents in the art and science of effective communication and is passionate about helping others to communicate authentically and influentially in challenging, complex environments.
