We’re delighted to be working with the Birmingham Food Council to bring you a leadership challenge like no other.
‘The Game’ is a scenario-based, immersive learning experience that brings together senior leaders with the Birmingham Food Council’s team of experts to explore and develop leadership in the context of food security. It tests out a much-overlooked and under-valued aspect of civil contingency planning – i.e. what happens when food production, distribution and sales are severely interrupted.
Guided by experienced facilitators, you will face a series of challenging, interactive scenarios based on the very real emerging risk to our food supplies. ‘The Game’ will test your decision-making, resilience and ability to lead across systems. It’s a great opportunity re-connect with other senior leaders and continue to gather insight about your leadership, in a highly stimulating, fast-moving environment. In a deliberate act of irony, a lunch is also provided!
As a charity, we are seeking to invest in future development and deployment costs; a voluntary contribution from the sponsoring organisation of £250 per person would ensure that The Game can be invested in further for subsequent cohorts.
The event will take place on 23rd May 2024 between 10am – 2pm at Leadership Centre HQ, Canopi, 7-14 Great Dover Street, London SE1 4YR.
